Maxine’s attitude is more like Deib Lohr Enrile rather than Maxpein Zin del Valle (Fictional characters in the book she wrote) because of her very outgoing and funny personality. She might be boyish but she has a wide range of expertise in doing eyebrow make up and stated that Tony Moly is her favorite brand of liptint. She loves wearing male perfumes like Lacoste for men and such.
“Mas magaling ka sa’kin dahil lahat ng sinusulat ko ay nai-imagine mo”. – Maxinejiji. A woman who is creative, brilliant, extraordinary and truly amazing. As a reader, Maxine’s stories suit the interest and passion of booklovers. The first time I read her story, He’s into Her, I never thought that it will bring such impact. To the point that I can’t stop myself from reading, smiling, laughing and even crying when the characters are hurting.
He’s Into Her, the title is not that interesting for me. It is not that catchy and I can’t feel it that much. But the story is very unsual, the plot twist of the story is very interesting. The uniqueness of the characters, specially Maxpein, she’s very brave and bold. She’s very willing to sacrifice her happiness just for her family. I really love how the story tackles about education, bullying, friendship, gender equality, family and almost everything. The story is a complete package, it is not just a drama, you also need to read between the lines because there are hints for the next chapters and it made the story more interesting and mysterious.
The endearments that are used in the story are also super cool. Sensui and Taguro, #TAGSEN it is very unique and amazing. Not every writer have sense of humor. Maxine created a strong bond between her stories and her readers.
She's Maxinejiji, the Hambogest.

Film: The Martian review
(Source: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3659388/mediaviewer/rm1391324160/)
Release date: 30th September 2015 Duration: 2hrs 41 mins Genre: Adventure, Drama, Sci-Fi Directed by: Ridley Scott Rated: 12 Cast: Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig, Jeff Daniels, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michela Pena, Sean Bean, Kate Mara, Donald Glover, Benedict Wong, Mackenzie Davis
Directed by Ridley Scott, (famously known as the director of other well-known sci-fi films such as Alien, Prometheus and Blade Runner) The Martian is a film based on the novel of the same name written by Andy Weir. In a Film4 interview special, Scott explained that The Martian is a very well adapted screenplay of the book and it is very faithful to the book. He also goes on to say that what intrigued him about The Martian was the puzzle of science and how it tied in closely to a very strong character who would not allow fear and terror make him succumb to the idea of dying.
Set in 2035, the crew of the Ares III mission to Mars are exploring on Sol 18 (Martian solar day) of their 31-sol expedition. Not long after, they are hit with a dust storm and decide to abandon their mission. They evacuate but crew member Mark Watney (Matt Damon) is hit by debris and gets lost in the storm. Presumed dead, the crew leave using their orbiting vessel, the Hermes. Watney survives the storm and wakes up to find that he is injured. He returns to the crew’s surface habitat “the Hab” where he performs surgery on himself. Unable to communicate with Earth, Watney believes his only chance of rescue is by the next Mars mission in four years where the Area IV will land 2,000 miles away. Worried about food shortages, he makes a garden inside the Hab using Martian soil fertilized with the crew’s bio-waste and manufactures water from leftover rocket fuel. On Earth, NASA satellite planner Mindy Park (Mackenzie Davis) realises Watney is alive while reviewing aerial Hab images. NASA director Teddy Sanders (Jeff Daniels) publicly releases the news but doesn’t tell the Ares 111 crew so they can continue with their mission. Watney finds the nearby Pathfinder and uses the camera and motor to establish two-way communication with Earth, starting with hand-written signs. NASA transmits a software patch to link the rover with Pathfinder which allows them to communicate via text. Watney doesn’t blame the crew for leaving him behind and eventually, they find out that he is still alive. Mars mission director Vincent Kapoor (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) director Bruce Ng (Benedict Wong) prepare an Iris space probe to deliver enough food to survive until Ares IV’s arrival. The mission fails as the rocket explodes after lift-off and Watney’s hope for getting back to Earth slowly diminishes. The China National Space Administration has been developing a classified booster rocket called the Taiyang Shen and offer to repeat the Iris mission. Watney’s situation continues to deteriorate until JPL astrodynamicist Rich Purnell (Donald Glover) comes up with an alternative plan; he suggests that the Taiyan Shen meets and resupplies the Hermes which will then use Earth’s gravity to slingshot back to Mars two years earlier than Ares IV. Watney begins the journey to Schiaparelli where the MAV for Ares IV has been pre-positioned. After take-off, the MAV fails to reach the required speed so the crew resort to making a bomb to better align the ship. In a Manned Manoeuvring Unit, Lewis (Jessica Chastain) is unable to reach Watney as the tether is too short. Watney pierces his pressure suit and uses the air as thrusts to head towards Lewis and reunite with the rest of the crew. At the end of the film, we are shown that Watney has become survival instructor for astronaut candidates after coming back to Earth.
Despite the lengthy duration, this film was appropriately paced and worth watching. The storyline was straightforward: an astronaut is stranded on Mars and the film follows his progress and journey to get back to Earth. However, when it came to the storytelling there was a mixture of things: the use of diary entries, updates on the movement of the protagonist and what was happening back on Earth. It is these different elements that kept viewers eager and hopeful for Watney to return to Earth. The witty and comedic aspects of Watney’s character also lightened the seriousness of it all. Although the genre of The Martian is considered to be sci-fi overall, it is a film suited for all audiences and not just sci-fi lovers.
The Martian is available to buy on DVD from Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Martian-DVD-Matt-Damon/dp/B015Q04ET6/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=the+martian&qid=1615835830&s=dvd&sr=1-3

@thegrandwilde, I got inspired from our earlier conversation and you did say you like getting introduced to new music so… (Though actually, feel free to ignore this post entirely, I just like info-dumping about They Might Be Giants and this is a convenient excuse to do so lol)
Apparently it was three asks, maybe there were more I didn’t see, but these are the songs I’ve seen referenced in those weird ass tmbg asks (Spotify links):
The Mesopotamians
Birdhouse in Your Soul
Don’t Let’s Start
And really, those are great songs, but speaking as someone who has obsessively listened to this band for 32 (of 36) years, these are some equivalent or better ones under the cut. One from almost every album, actually.
(*Favorite albums)
Put Your Hand Inside the Puppet Head (They Might Be Giants, 1986)
Their least-refined album, being their first, but full of a lot of gems, actually.
Ana Ng (Lincoln, 1988)*
Much more polished than the first. This one’s hard to choose one song from, nearly every one is gold.
Your Racist Friend (Flood, 1990)
Probably their most popular album, at least from my era? Extremely popular among Mormons for reasons I’ve never really understood.
I, Palindrome, I (Apollo 18, 1992)*
Arguably my favorite album to this day, not just from TMBG, but generally. It’s actual perfection, is all. Next to impossible to choose a single song to feature.
No One Knows My Plan (John Henry, 1994)*
Their first album after adding more members/instruments, including some horns, which they would keep from this point forward. (Now they’re two Johns, two Dans, and a Marty). Arguably their first commercially viable album, and likely the thing that got them noticed by TV producers. (Soon after this, they wrote The Daily Show theme and have been more or less industry staples ever since. They wrote the Malcolm in the Middle theme song, as well.)
Pet Name (Factory Showroom, 1996)*
Another basically perfect album, next to impossible to choose a single song from. I only chose this one because it’s awesome and a bit more chill than a lot of their stuff.
Doctor Worm (Severe Tire Damage, 1998)
One of their better-known songs, from an almost entirely live album, but not a live song. I see people quoting this one semi-often and wonder where they heard it.
Reprehensible (Long-Tall Weekend, 1999)
The first full-length online-only album ever released by a major artist. Which is amazing. (They were also one of the first major artists, if not the first, to have an official online radio station, in 1999. Which is insane.)
This song is a good representation of a mainstay of TMBG: pairing perky pop melody with vaguely (or sometimes blatantly) sinister lyrics or subject matter. One of my most favorite musical tropes (gee, I wonder why? Lol)
My Man (Mink Car, 2001)*
Released around the time John Flansburgh started his electronica/hip-hop fusion side project, Mono Puff. I’m not wild about the project, but being in that headspace did wonderful things for this album.
This song is featured to demonstrate their extreme, general nerdiness (especially John Linnell’s, who is my preferred John). Insofar as they have managed to turn the 3 word phrase, “I am paralyzed” into a 3 minute song, without once using the actual phrase.
Experimental Film (The Spine, 2004)
A good, solid album, another one it’s hard to choose one song from. The video for this song was done by the Brothers Champs, creators of Homestar Runner. The story goes that they each found out the other were huge fans of theirs, collectively did whatever the middle-aged man equivalent of a fangirl-squeal is, and began collaborating immediately. They still do, occasionally.
The Cap’m (The Else, 2007)*
It took me a while to warm up to this album, but now I absolutely love it. While looking for a song to post, I realized one of the anon asks quoted this song.
The Lady and the Tiger (Join Us, 2011)*
A nearly perfect album marred by a couple of songs that I legitimately dislike. That is…not a thing I say about TMBG often. *shrug* They can’t all be Apollo 18.
This song baaaarely squeaked by ahead of You Probably Get That A Lot, When Will You Die?, and Cloissinné because the Bassline. Fucking. Slaps.
Money for Dope (Album Raises New and Troubling Questions, 2011)
Released as a companion to Join Us, including some songs cut from the album along with some b-sides, live tracks, & remixes. It’s got some good shit on it, including Marty Beller Mask, easily one of the most surreal songs they’ve ever written.
But I featured this song because it was the inspiration for my The Young Ones: Love & Mobsters fic: Dope, and because it’s one of their many songs that is literally just a list of things, which is very them.
Call You Mom (Nanobots, 2013)
Another solid album, but not one of my favorites. It might just be too new for me (she said of the 6 year old album), but it might just not be one of their best albums. *shrug*
They Might Be Giants has a very distinct sense of humor. This song is just about the perfect example of that.
Erase (Glean, 2015)
The first album released after they started their new Dial-A-Song project, which they turned into a song-a-week challenge. As a result, the album isn’t like, exceptional, but there are a lot of gems, actually.
This is my favorite song on the album because it’s about the creative editing process (yes, a rare TMBG song that is definitively about something) and I feel it on a spiritual level.
Bills, Bills, Bills (Phone Power, 2016)
I’m not familiar enough with this album to have much of an opinion on it, I don’t listen to it much. But I had to include this song because I legitimately fucking love TMBG covers, and this one was…unexpected, lmao.
Mrs. Bluebeard (I Like Fun, 2018)*
The first album released after the 2016 election, and it shows, with a strong thread of fears about aging, loss, vague despair/disappointment, and political anger (An Insult to the Fact Checkers is a blatantly anti-Trump song). I fucking love it.
This song is just really well composed, and also demonstrates a strong feminist sensibility, rarely seen in ostensibly cishet(?), white, male baby-boomers (young ones, but still).
(Yes cis, dunno if het? Neither are particularly effusive about their personal lives. They’re both married which, of course, means literally nothing.)
I mean, they’ve clearly always been liberal commie bastards (see Your Racist Friend above), but they’ve become more vocally so over the past few years.

San Juan enters MPBL finals
#PHnews: San Juan enters MPBL finals
MANILA – San Juan Knights booked the first seat in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Finals after trouncing Makati Super Crunch, 131-54, in the long-awaited resumption of the playoffs at the Subic Bay Gymnasium on Wednesday night.
Exactly a year after the league last played before the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic went full-blown in the Philippines, the Knights put up a historic performance against a heavily undermanned Super Crunch squad.
With most of the key players not around due to a reported management issue, Makati, which only brought in exactly five homegrown players including former University Athletic Association of the Philippines star Edwin Asoro and professional dunker David Carlos to the Subic bubble, struggled against the full force San Juan, which even got to bring back NLEX player Mike Ayonayon to finish his MPBL stint.
The Knights opened the game on a 15-0 run, and the Super Crunch only got to break the ice at the 5:40 mark of the first quarter on a Bhabap Sta. Maria field goal.
It was essentially San Juan's show all game long as the team's 77-point winning margin set an MPBL record for the most lopsided victory, eclipsing Bacoor City's 109-56 rout of Parañaque during the regular season back in 2019.
John Wilson led the Knights with 22 points on 9-of-11 shooting, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals in just 18 minutes of play.
Jhonard Clarito added 20 points, 13 rebounds, four assists, and two blocks off the bench.
Ayonayon, who was cleared by the PBA to make an MPBL return, added a triple-double of 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists with one block.
Asoro led the Super Crunch with 21 points, two rebounds, one assist, four blocks, and one steal.
San Juan will have to wait a little longer before they can determine their opponent in the national finals as the South Division final between Basilan (and Davao Occidental has been postponed due to a suspected Covid-19 case within the Basilan camp.
Early troubles
Trouble marred the MPBL bubble right before it even started after the league confirmed earlier in the day that a member of the Steel was tested positive for Covid-19.
The MPBL did not disclose who the player was, but they placed Basilan in isolation.
"We are under seven days quarantine," head coach Jerson Cabiltes said.
The Steel will all be retested next week, and those tested negative might be able to take on the Tigers in their knockout game, which has been moved to next Wednesday.
'Small victory'
Despite being on the wrong end of what would be the biggest blowout in Philippine basketball at least in recent memory, Carlos said the Super Crunch fought until the end.
"Sa amin accomplishment na 'yon. Small victory na 'yon dahil kaming lima lumaban kaming united (For us it is an accomplishment. It is considered a small victory because we all played united)," he quipped. "Kahit na 'yung resulta ay hindi namin gusto, but nagawa naman namin 'yung game plan namin. Hindi kami sumabay sa takbuhan nila. Nag-zone kami the whole game (Even if we do not like the result, we still did our game plan. We did not keep pace with them in the running game. We played zone defense the entire game)."
He then said that he is dedicating the game to the "Makatizens".
"Ginawa namin ito para sa mga taga-Makati, para matapos namin on a high note 'yung liga (We did this for the Makati residents so that we can finish the league on a high note)," Carlos said.
Henry Subido, who was named Makati's interim coach before the game, commended Carlos, Asoro, Sta. Maria, Carlo Lloren, and Kako Morales for the gallant stand despite the insurmountable odds.
"Malaking bagay na inilaro pa nila 'yung game considering na five players lang sila (It is a great thing that they still played the game considering that there are only five players in the team). It speaks a lot about their character," the Super Crunch mentor said. "They did a great job for sacrificing a lot knowing that they'll be playing na sila-sila lang (all by themselves)."
Even the Knights could not help but be amazed by the Super Crunch's heart.
"Credit din sa lima ng Makati. Mahirap maglaro ng lima lang ah! 'Yung pace pa namin takbuhan (Credit goes to the Makati five. It is hard to play with only five players! All the more that we like to hasten the pace)," Ayonayon said.
"Thank you sa Makati at sa mga players na talagang nagpakita pa rin sila. Kulang lang sila pero 'yung sa effort nakita namin na gusto rin talaga nila maglaro at manalo (Thank you to Makati and to its players who still showed up. They may be undermanned, but based on their efforts, we observed that they also wanted to play and win)," added Knights coach Randy Alcantara.
But he is also aware that they have a job to do.
"Sinabi ko sa mga players huwag tumingin kung sino ang kalaban namin. Ipinakita ng mga players na hindi sila nag-relax, nag-effort pa rin sila para makita na convincing win talaga (I told the players not to look at who we are facing. The players showed that they did not relax, and they still put up an effort to show that it is really a convincing win)," Alcantara said.
Meanwhile, former Makati coach Beaujing Acot, who still joined the team in the bubble but as a consultant now, still got to thank his team's key players despite not making it to the Metro Olongapo area.
"Very proud ako sa inyo (I am very proud of all of you). I know you deserve to be here. Everybody deserves to be here but there are things I cannot control. We also have to understand I'm just an employee also," Acot said. (PNA)

The solar-powered Mars Helicopter is only 31 inches tall, with twin-rotor blades that are 47 inches in diameter and a chassis that’s about the size of a softball. It weighs less than four pounds. But because of the thin Martian atmosphere, its blades rotate at almost 3,000 rpm, which is about 10 times the rate of a helicopter on Earth.
The Mars Helicopter payload includes solar cells to charge its lithium-ion batteries, a heating mechanism to keep it warm, a high-resolution downward-looking camera for navigation, and a communication system to relay data back to the 2020 Mars rover.
Since signals from Earth take as long as 24 minutes to reach Mars, the Mars Helicopter must be autonomous, it must be able to fly on its own.
This new helicopter is a high-risk, high-reward technology demonstration. If everything goes smoothly, more helicopters could be used in the future to investigate difficult-to-reach destinations such as cliffs, caves and deep craters.
Look for the Mars 2020 Rover, with the Mars Helicopter attached, to launch at the end of July 2020 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. It’s expected to land at Jezero Crater on Mars on Feb. 18, 2021.

"assaulting a public officer and animal cruelty"
Guess which gets more public pathos in NEWS reports and so the focus stays on in this NEWS report .....instead of a criminal being criminal and lurking about a home which required Police in the first place.....
BTW, I feel really sorry for the poor dog, so don't think I don't either.
He's a Police dog and was being used by Police for a Police matter in a Police level incident...so let that be your personal guide as to what was really going on at the incident and don't just wash out of your feeble minds of how the criminal has been somewhat portrayed as being 'just a poor innocent victim'.....
Sam & Max don't read the news but also have this shit ever hanging over them by criminals too.....

WA NEWS:------- Nollamara man charged after WA police officer, police dog attacked
http://www.watoday.com.au/wa-news/nollamara-man-charged-after-wa-police-officer-police-dog-attacked-20180224-h0wl9x.html
A 28-year-old Nollamara man has been charged after allegedly assaulting a police officer and kicking a police dog overnight.
The drama unfolded when officers were called to a Nollamara address after reports of a suspicious person outside a home.
They found the man asleep against the front door of a home but he refused to move despite numerous requests by police.
Police say he then became aggressive, hitting a police officer several times, before kicking WA Police dog Jack in the ribs with that much force it lifted him off the ground.
More police officers arrived at the scene and the accused was charged with several offences including assaulting a public officer and animal cruelty.
He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on March 19.

WA NEWS:------- Food poisoning outbreaks soar in WA
https://www.perthnow.com.au/news/health/food-poisoning-outbreaks-soar-in-wa-ng-b88755235z
by Peta Rasdien -- PerthNow -- February 24, 2018 12:01AM
FOOD poisoning outbreaks have soared in WA with the latest OzFoodNet figures showing they have more than doubled.
Thousands of people were laid low in the first half of 2017 with symptoms including diarrhoea, fever, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Dozens had to be hospitalised.
Food poisoning can strike fast and hard and is most often caused by bacteria campylobacteriosis and salmonellosis.
There were 1600 campylobacteriosis cases in the first six months of 2017, closely followed by 1541 cases of salmonellosis.
The number of food poisoning outbreaks nearly quadrupled in the first quarter of 2017 and in the second quarter they were nearly double the five year average over the same period.
Egg dishes remain a key culprit in many outbreaks, with WA experiencing a surge in cases of salmonellosis linked to dishes including raw egg desserts and fried or poached eggs.
Mine sites, cruise ships, restaurants and cafes were all linked to food poisoning outbreaks.
A Department of Health spokesperson said food poisoning included any illness caused by eating food or drink that was contaminated with certain types of bacteria, parasites, viruses or toxins.
Food could become contaminated when it was not prepared safely, including when meat was undercooked or there was a lack of hand washing or when food is touched by someone who has gastroenteritis.
WA Health Department Food Unit manager Stan Goodchild said all meat products had the potential to carry microbiological organisms such as salmonella, listeria or campylobacter.
“Food poisoning can be quite serious for the patrons themselves, if they get a reasonable amount of food poisoning they can end up in hospital needing treatment,” he said.
“The young and the elderly are always more susceptible to this type of thing because their immune systems are not functioning as well as they should.”
CBD eatery slapped with $35,000 fine
Mr Goodchild said there was action that people could take against businesses responsible for food poisoning. However, health authorities could also legal action with penalties for non-compliance with the food standards code up to $250,000 per offence.
“Some fines have been in the region of $150,000-$170,000, the average is probably around $25,000-$30,000,” he said.
While not foodborne, the OzFoodNet report also noted a big surge in rotarvirus infections in the first half of last year with 348 cases.
The outbreak appears to have started in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions in March and in late April spread to the Kimberley region, with cases emerging mainly in young Aboriginal children.
Rotarvirus is transmitted via close person-to-person contact such as touching contaminated hands, faeces and vomit.
The WA OzFoodNet team and Department of Health and other agencies traced the source of 18 food poisoning outbreaks affecting hundreds of people in the first six months of 2017.
Case studies:
Ten people were hospitalised in February last year and a further 13 also fell ill, after consuming Malaysian rice dish nasi lemak prepared by an unregistered food seller. It is believed the dish was supplied to a number of Asian grocers, including those implicated in the outbreak. The food seller was ordered to stop production.
Seven out of 11 people at a private function were struck down with diarrhoea after eating a home made chocolate mousse cake. The cook had used raw free-range eggs that tested positive for salmonella.
In May, 29 children at a daycare centre fell ill, 20 were diagnosed with salmonella, the food culprit was determined to be a casserole made from frozen hash browns, vegetable puree, tinned spaghetti, topped with 30 whipped eggs, which was baked in the oven. Staff reported that the top of the casserole was still sloppy when served, and not the usual golden brown. Investigators noted several breaches of the Food Standards Code, including skills and knowledge of food handlers, cleanliness or premises and equipment and and sanitising specific equipment.
In June at least 13 people who dined at a restaurant developed gastroenteritis symptoms, eight were diagnose with salmonella, after eating Vietnamese pork and chicken rolls. Investigators believed raw eggs used in the preparation of mayonnaise used in the rolls could have been the cause but this could not be confirmed.
In January and February last year a mine site reported 22 people had fallen ill with gastroenteritis, with one person hospitalised. Two cases were identified as salmonella however, the food responsible could not be confirmed.
Passengers and crew on two consecutive cruises last year came down with gastro symptoms. At least 14 passengers and two crew members fell ill, with all suffering diarrhoea. Most had eaten omelette or scrambled eggs and the source was believed to be foodborne.
Spring rolls, fried rice and honey chicken were linked to an outbreak of salmonella among diners at an Asian restaurant where at least 42 people became ill in February and March. Raw pork and pre-cooked chicken were tested positive for a strain of salmonella. An investigation identified poor food handler hygiene and the business stopped using pre-cooked chicken.
At least 62 people, including five who were hospitalised, fell ill at a mine site in March and April. An investigation did not identify any compliance issues in the camp canteen and food and water samples were negative for salmonella, with boiled eggs the likely cause.
In March two men were hospitalised and a further 13 became ill after eating a chicken curry at a wedding reception. The chicken curry was only served to about 35 male guests, while about 100 females ate in a separate room.

Proud ‘sons’ Jalalon, Lastimosa, Khobuntin head PBA All-Stars in CDO
The three played in various sandlots before eventually elevating their plays by representing their respective high schools.
The sweet-shooting Lastimosa in fact, played for Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan in his high school days, while Jalalon represented Sacred Heart. Khobuntin, meantime, played for Cagayan de Oro College.
All three eventually found their way to Manila with the six-foot Lastimosa becoming a noted scorer for College of St. Benilde in the NCAA, while Jalalon played for Arellano University under Jerry Codinera. The hard-banging Khobuntin saw action for National University, helping the Bulldogs end a long, long UAAP men’s basketball title drought in 2014.
Today, the three are making a name for themselves in the pro league and are set to make their homecoming as members of the PBA Mindanao All Stars, which will test the mettle of Gilas Pilipinas training team in the kickoff of the three-leg 2017 PBA All-Star series at the Xavier University Gym on Wednesday evening.
Lastimosa, Jalalon and Khobuntin are all eager to make a show for their fellow kababayans in this event sponsored by HMR Trading, Mueller, Peak, Crystal Clear, Anako, Davco, Smart, Buffalo Resto Grill, Cloudfone and Petron.
Lastimosa and Co. are also well aware they’re expected to put the toughest challenge they can to help push Gilas in its buildup for the SEABA Championship on May 12-18 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
“Skills wise, kayang tumapat ng team dahil pare-pareho namang PBA players ‘yan. Kaya lang may June Mar Fajardo sila and they’ve been training together. We’re just about to gather for a practice,” said PBA Mindanao All Stars coach Chito Victolero.
The other players at Victolero’s disposal are Cyrus Baguio, Mark Barroca, Scottie Thompson, PJ Simon, Rafi Reavis, Sonny Thoss, Baser Amer, Moala Tautuaa and Troy Rosario.
The PBA Mindanao All-Stars will be facing a Gilas side that has Fajardo, Terrence Romeo, LA Revilla, Mike Tolomia, RR Pogoy, Matthew Wright, Kevin Ferrer, Carl Bryan Cruz, Alfonso Gotladera and Bradwyn Guinto.
The All-Star game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. after the Shooting Stars event featuring Khobuntin, Jalalon and Baguio, a native of nearby Iligan City.
The PBA delegation arrived here Tuesday and the PBA stars drew mammoth crowds in their initial appearances in the city which is the northern Mindanao gateway to Bukidnon, Misamis and Lanao provinces. – Fox Sports Asia
